Understand why Facebook Login is used, why Messenger permissions are required, and how messages become orders, OCR captures fulfillment data, and shipping information is generated.
Application Overview
Merchants selling through Facebook live streams and Shop need one place to authenticate with Facebook Login, read Page-connected Messenger conversations, convert chat purchase intents into orders, enrich addresses with OCR, and hand packages to convenience-store logistics.
This static demo mirrors a commercial SaaS admin experience (similar to Meta Business Suite and Shopify Admin) so reviewers can validate product purpose without live OAuth or production customer data.
End-to-end commerce path
- Facebook Login — identify the merchant and authorize Page access.
- Messenger permissions — receive customer messages in Inbox.
- Messages → Orders — capture SKU, quantity, and payment state.
- OCR — parse shipping slips to reduce manual address entry.
- Shipping — generate 7-11 / FamilyMart pickup information from confirmed order data.
