Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 1, 2026 · Last updated: July 31, 2026 · LiveCommerce ERP

LiveCommerce ERP (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our live commerce operations platform and the Meta App Review demonstration hosted at https://demo.xying-erp.com.

Information Collection

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account details — name, work email, company name, role, and authentication identifiers.
  • Business operations data — orders, product SKUs, shipping addresses provided by your customers, pickup store selections (for example 7-11 / FamilyMart), and OCR document fields you upload for fulfillment.
  • Messaging metadata — when authorized, Page-connected Messenger conversation identifiers and message content required to operate the merchant inbox.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs.
  • Support communications — messages sent to [email protected].

The Meta App Review demo website is static. Login buttons are simulated and do not transmit real Facebook credentials or persist reviewer personal data on a server database.

Information Usage

We use collected information to:

  • Provide Messenger inbox, order management, OCR recognition, and shipping workflows.
  • Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions in production deployments.
  • Synchronize authorized Facebook Page commerce and messaging activity.
  • Improve product reliability, detect abuse, and respond to support requests.
  • Comply with applicable laws and Meta Platform Terms.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Meta platform data for unrelated advertising models outside the stated commerce operations purpose.

Facebook Data

When a production deployment connects to Meta products, LiveCommerce ERP may process Facebook / Meta data only after the merchant grants the required permissions. Typical permissions demonstrated in this review package include:

  • pages_show_list — retrieve Facebook Pages associated with the business.
  • pages_manage_metadata — manage Page webhooks and metadata required for event delivery.
  • pages_messaging — receive and send Messenger messages for customer service.
  • business_management — manage business assets linked to the merchant account.

Facebook data is used solely to operate the merchant’s own storefront, inbox, and fulfillment tools. Merchants may revoke Meta permissions at any time in Facebook settings. After revocation, we stop receiving new Meta data for that connection and delete or anonymize related tokens according to our retention schedule.

Cookies

We may use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure basic product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may limit certain features. This static demo does not set tracking advertising cookies.

Security

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) for hosted environments, access controls, and least-privilege operational practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use strong credentials and report suspected incidents to [email protected].

Retention

We retain account and operations data for as long as the merchant account remains active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. Messaging and order records may follow merchant-configured retention where available. Static demo interactions are not stored on a backend database.

GDPR

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar laws apply, we process personal data under one or more of the following bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (secure operations and product improvement), consent (where required), and legal obligation.

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

  • Access to your personal data
  • Correction or deletion
  • Restriction or objection to certain processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based

To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
