These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of LiveCommerce ERP and the Meta App Review demonstration available at https://demo.xying-erp.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance
By visiting the website, opening the dashboard demo, or clicking any login demo button, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with Meta Platform Terms.
- Provide accurate information when contacting support or configuring a production account.
- Protect account credentials and promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
- Not attempt to probe, abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
- Not misrepresent this Meta App Review demo as a live production system that processes real customer payments.
- Handle customer and Facebook data only for authorized commerce operations.
Service Availability
LiveCommerce ERP aims to provide reliable access to Messenger inbox, order management, OCR recognition, and 7-11 / FamilyMart shipping workflows. The Meta App Review package is a static demonstration and may be updated, paused, or withdrawn at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and scheduled maintenance or third-party platform outages (including Meta) may affect functionality.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVECOMMERCE ERP AND ITS AFFILIATES PROVIDE THE SERVICE “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE DEMO SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or if required by law or platform partners. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including liability limitations and intellectual property) will continue to apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or support channels.
