If you would like us to delete any personal data associated with your Facebook account, please follow the instructions below.
How to request deletion
Option 1 (Recommended)
Send an email to:
Subject:
Facebook Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your Facebook Name
- Facebook User ID (if available)
- Email address associated with your account
- Any information that helps identify your account
Processing Time
Deletion requests will normally be completed within 7 business days.
What will be deleted
When applicable we will remove:
- Facebook Login information
- Messenger conversation records stored by the application
- User profile information used by the application
- Shipping information associated with your account
- OCR processing records linked to your account
Some transaction records may be retained if required by law.
